For Your Listening Pleasure…

Reflections

  1. Make a list of all the things you’re naturally gifted at (ask friends, mentors, family, clients, etc. for help if you need to), all of your proudest accomplishments, and all the ways in which you contribute to other peoples’ lives. When you’re done, post your list up somewhere you’ll see it everyday!

  2. List out all of the people in your life that make you feel truly seen and appreciated. Call and thank them! Now, make a list of the people in your life that you don’t feel especially seen or appreciated by. Do you have room to communicate that, set boundaries, or maybe even distance yourself from them?

  3. Where in your life could you take on more of a guiding role (work, relationships, business, parenting, etc.) and release/delegate some of the doing? What might that look like?

  4. Do you feel well-rested and like you’re using your energy in a way that’s correct and uplifting for you? If not, what would need to change in order for you to get the rest you need and deserve? Where could you re-direct some of your energy to feel more in alignment? Where can you schedule in time for rest?
