ENERGETIC INVENTORY™: Over the next 1-2 weeks, make a list of everything you spend your energy on. Don't leave anything out! At the end of 2 weeks, carve out some You time to meditate and connect with your energy. Then go down every item on your list and check in: how does it feel in your body? Do you feel your sacral "Yes" or "No"? Are you surprised by any of your responses?
Think back to some big life decisions you've made, and try to remember your decision-making process. In retrospect, which decisions were made from a place of pressure, and which were made in alignment with your sacral response? How did those decisions feel? How did they turn out?
List a few times in your life when you did something because you were just following your bliss, regardless of whether it "made sense" or not. How did that feel? What were some outcomes of that?
Do you intentionally connect with your body everyday? Do you have a consistent movement practice that supports you? Why or why not? What would need to happen for you to cultivate this connection to your body and vitality?

It's safe for me to trust myself.

I honor my sacred Yes and my sacred No.

I am so clear and confident in who I am, and I love myself for it.

My energy is infectious, contagious, and empowering.

I set clear boundaries around who and what I give my energy to.
